Welcome to ProGrade Cabinets. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the terms below. Our goal is to provide high-quality cabinets with a smooth and transparent experience.
1. Products & Availability
We specialize in Ready-To-Assemble (RTA) cabinetry.
While we strive to keep inventory updated, availability may change without notice. In rare cases where a product becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you promptly to discuss replacement options or a refund.
We reserve the right to:
- Correct pricing errors
- Update product descriptions
- Modify or discontinue products
2. Order Confirmation
An order is considered confirmed once:
- Payment has been successfully processed
- You receive an official order confirmation email
Please review your confirmation carefully. If anything looks incorrect, contact us immediately.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
We accept approved payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment must be completed before order processing begins.

4. Processing & Shipping
RTA cabinet orders are processed and shipped within 7–10 business days.
Shipping times vary depending on your location and freight carrier schedules.
Delivery is curbside unless otherwise arranged in writing.
5. Order Accuracy & Measurements
Customers are responsible for verifying:
- Cabinet sizes
- Layout measurements
- Finish selections
- Shipping information
While we are happy to provide guidance, final measurements and selections must be confirmed by the customer before ordering.
6. Freight & Delivery Responsibility
Once cabinets leave our warehouse, they are in the care of the freight carrier.
Customers must:
- Inspect shipments at delivery
- Note visible damage on delivery paperwork
- Report damage within 48 hours
Failure to inspect and document damage may limit replacement eligibility.
We will assist in resolving verified freight damage claims.
7. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided processing has not begun.
Once an order enters fulfillment or ships, it cannot be canceled.
8. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of RTA cabinetry, most orders are considered final once shipped.
If there is a defect or shipping damage, please contact us promptly so we can resolve the issue.
Refunds (if approved) will be issued to the original payment method.
9. Limitation of Liability
ProGrade Cabinets is not responsible for:
- Installation errors
- Improper assembly
- Measurement inaccuracies provided by customer
- Delays caused by freight carriers
- Indirect or incidental damages
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
