Return and Cancellation Policy

We want you to feel confident when ordering from ProGrade Cabinets.

Because RTA cabinets are shipped in flat-pack form and often ordered specifically for your project, we have the following policy:

Order Accuracy

Before placing your order, please double-check:

  • Cabinet sizes
  • Layout measurements
  • Finish selections

If you need help reviewing your order, we're happy to assist before it ships.

Damaged or Defective Items

If something arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the packaging and the damaged item

Once reviewed, we will:

  • Send replacement parts, or
  • Replace the damaged cabinet component

Our goal is to resolve issues quickly and professionally.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as processing has not begun.

After your order enters fulfillment, it cannot be canceled.

Returns

Due to the nature of RTA cabinetry, we generally do not accept returns once an order has shipped.

If you believe there is a special circumstance, please contact us — we're always willing to review situations on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 7–10 business days for processing.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Measurement Responsibility

We strongly recommend confirming all measurements before ordering. While we are happy to assist with layout guidance, final measurement verification is the customer's responsibility.
