At ProGrade Cabinets, we work hard to get your cabinets to you quickly and safely.

Processing Time

All Ready-To-Assemble (RTA) cabinet orders ship within 7–10 business days after payment is confirmed.

Please note:

• Processing time does not include transit time.
• Business days exclude weekends and major holidays.
• Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information from the freight carrier.

Delivery Information

RTA cabinets ship via freight carrier and are delivered curbside.

Because freight deliveries are larger shipments:

• Someone should be present to receive the order.
• Please ensure the delivery location is accessible for a freight truck.
• If you need special delivery arrangements, contact us before placing your order.

Important: Inspecting Your Order

We take care in packaging your cabinets, but freight damage can occasionally happen during transit.

When your order arrives:

• Inspect all boxes before signing.
• Note any visible damage on the delivery paperwork.
• Take photos if you notice any issues.
• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

We'll work quickly to make it right.
